Monday’s call list
Starting with an approved client list, your champion builds a tool to check permitted hiring sources and suggest reasons to reconnect. The consultant verifies each signal.
The consultant decides whether to make the call.
Recruitment AI Builders · Ireland & UK
Two to four people from your agency learn to use AI coding agents—tools that turn plain-English instructions into working code. We start with a familiar desk task, aiming for a quick win as they build and test in the first full-day session. They then practise improving suitable tools in-house. No coding background required.

Two specialist agencies continued building independently. In follow-up conversations, both CEOs reported daily AI use for reports, presentations and client pitches.

A consultant checks the figures and wording before it is sent.
Draft factual summaries and questions from permitted material so a recruiter can review against the original application.
The recruiter reviews the sources and makes every decision; no automated ranking or rejection.
The difference
The aim is low dependency on us for suitable desk workflows. We agree the finish line at the start: can a champion find a new problem, build and test a first version, fix mistakes and explain it without us driving?

Sessions are separated by at least a couple of weeks. Your champions practise on real desk problems with agreed Q&A via email, chat or a WhatsApp group. We adapt location, scheduling and tools to your agency.
Choose a small desk task, brief AI coding agents and start testing first versions with your champions.
Spend at least a couple of weeks trying new problems, testing outputs and improving builds, with agreed Q&A support.
We examine what worked, debug what failed and teach the techniques needed to keep progressing independently.
