Our approach

Build the first tool together. Test independence with the next.

Two full-day working sessions, at least a couple of weeks apart, with independent practice and agreed Q&A between them. Location, scheduling and tools adapt to your agency.

How the programme works

Two full days. Build first, then practise independently.

Each agency brings two to four champions. We agree one or two suitable workflows, choose AI development tools suited to the systems your agency uses and coach the people who will own the next build.

FULL DAY 01

Start building a real tool

We agree approved tools and data, choose a small task your people already do and begin building and testing it with AI coding agents. The aim is a practical first build, not a guaranteed production-ready tool on day one.

AT LEAST A COUPLE OF WEEKS

Independent practice

Champions identify the next desk problem, build and test solutions themselves and revise what fails. We agree Q&A support via email, chat or a WhatsApp group between sessions.

FULL DAY 02

Review, improve and advance

We examine the champions’ own work, correct weak points and introduce more advanced ways to build and test. The objective is confidence to keep building without us driving.

Adapted to your agency: We agree practical arrangements around location, availability, working environment and suitable workflows. Company-wide rollout is not part of this programme.

The finish line · agreed at the start

Can a champion build the next one?

We agree the independence check in advance: a champion identifies a fresh desk problem, builds a useful first version, tests against real examples, catches and corrects errors, and explains their approach—with us watching rather than driving.

Practical boundaries

What stays with your agency.

Your champions retain their files, checks and a repeatable method to maintain and improve suitable tools in-house. The goal is low dependency on us for the next build, not a new Domino Effect Lab platform. Complex integrations and production systems may still need specialist support.

Your assets

The first builds and checks

  • Working versions of agreed, suitable workflows
  • Files, instructions and test examples
  • Plain-language operating and review rules
Your people

The repeatable method

  • Skills to brief, test and improve coding agents
  • Independent practice and a second full-day session
  • A practical check of whether champions can explain and repeat the method
Clear limits

Responsible implementation

  • Agency-approved accounts and data only
  • Human review before external use
  • Complex integrations or production systems assessed separately

The tools and practical arrangements follow the agency’s environment and policies. Scope and commercial terms are discussed in the conversation.

Who gets the most from it

Choose curious people. Protect the time to practise.

This suits agencies with two to four curious consultants or operations colleagues, owner backing, protected practice time and suitable approved data. There is no fixed agency-size threshold or coding prerequisite.

What this is not

Not a generic AI course. Not an outsourced build where the supplier holds all the knowledge. Not AI making recruitment decisions for your consultants.

If your existing ATS already covers a use case well, we will say so and look for a better first learning problem.

What would your people build first?

Spend 20 minutes with Shay and Lia on the one workflow that costs your desk most. No preparation needed. We’ll explore whether it’s a good first build and what your champions could learn.
